Jake was great to work with! I was a first time home-buyer and didn't know anything about the process. I always thought that real-estate agents JUST showed houses, but I was completely wrong! Jake walked me through many houses and thoroughly inspected them as we went. When I finally found a house I liked, we talked about what was fair to offer and then he did all the work for me!.... phone calls, negotiation, paperwork preparation, everything! He found a lien on the house and did all sorts of extra work behind the scenes to get it settled without me ever having to call anyone myself. I got my house for a good price and he negotiated some great things into my contract that saved me a lot of money (roof replaced, fireplace cleaned, etc.). He's a really fun guy to go house hunting with, and he made the process really easy. I completely trust his expertise and recommend him!
Half our home lost power and we did not know what to do. We called these guys, and they were out quick and fixed the problem. Not sure what we would have done if not for them. Strongly recommend these guys for any electrical project or problem you may have.
Nikita is a wonderful massage therapist. She listens closely to discover your problem areas and is careful to apply what kind of pressure you desire. But she is so much more than a good massage therapist. She understands what is happening functionally with the body and can help you improve your patterns for moving. I have a moderate scoliosis and she helps me to stand taller and feel more balanced. I have a winging scapula and she can get it to lie flatter. I appreciate her care and concern. I feel lucky to have found her!
Nikita has worked with me online, she has a great eye for biomechanics. Her ability to help me solve my problems in an online setting is outstanding. I hope to work with her in person one day. Nikita and Patrick have given me my life back! I had struggled with pain for so long it seemed like it was "just how it is when you age." For years I would not leave my house for the day without a fist-full of ibuprofen and migraine meds in my purse. Today, I never use ibuprofen and very rarely migraine medicine, when I do get a migraine I employ the tools that they have shared with me to release the stress or the pressure to relieve the migraine! It is a game-changer! Highly recommend you go see them for both massage and for the bio-mechanics training... you will not be disappointed!
